Save Lives on the Water 50/50 Raffle

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #131253

    1 for $10.00; 5000 tickets
    3 for $20.00; 7500 tickets
    10 for $50.00; 10000 tickets
    25 for $100.00; 12500 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $100,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: January 2, 2022 at 11:59:00 p.m. PST

    Draw
    50/50 draw: January 3, 2022 at 10:00:00 a.m. PST

    Draw will be held at RCMSAR Headquarters 6040 East Sooke Road, Sooke BC V9Z 0Z7

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://rcmsar.rafflenexus.com/winners on January 3, 2022.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue Inc..

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue Inc. or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

    Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue Inc. does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue is a charitable organization with over 900 volunteers who save hundreds of lives on the water each year by responding to marine emergencies at a moment's notice. Operating more than 30 marine rescue stations in British Columbia, our highly-trained volunteers operate, year-round, in one of the most challenging search and rescue regions in the world dedicating over 54,000 collective hours in pursuit of saving lives on the water.

Support from our partners and generous donors like you provide training and equipment our volunteers need to save lives – and stay safe while doing it.
